Here at Healthy Heads Education, we are passionate about forming partnerships with other organisations, so we can collaboratively provide as much benefit as we can to children and staff. Here are some of our incredible partners and how they support our schools:
The Wyre & Fylde School Sports Partnership was the first organisation to work with Healthy Heads Education when our Character Education Programme was first developed. The school sport partnership continually supports Healthy Heads Education with the dissemination of our programmes to Primary Schools in Wyre & Fylde.
Lancaster and Heysham School Sports Network deliver the Character Education programme for Healthy Heads Education in Lancaster, Morcambe, Heysham and South Lakes. The LHSSN supports with the teaching and development of the the Healthy Heads programmes in Cumbria Schools.
The Rossendale School Sports Partnership works alongside Healthy Heads and supports with the dissemination of the Healthy Heads programmes to Primary Schools in Rossendale.
The Burnley School Sports Partnership works alongside Healthy Heads and supports with the dissemination of the Healthy Heads programmes to Primary Schools in Burnley.
Healthy Heads Education and Kataholos Learning have designed and deliver the ‘Healthy Heads and Kataholos Mental Health Programme’ to teachers within schools across the UK. This unique partnership sees both organisations working together to support teachers with their mental wellbeing.
Lancashire County Council are the lead commissioner for the ‘PASTA’ programme, of which Healthy Heads Education is the lead deliverer in the borough of Wyre.
Wyre Council commissions health & wellbeing programmes to Healthy Heads Education to support local providers within Wyre. Some of these programmes include the delivery of the ‘PASTA’ programme and we deliver nutritional workshops for the providers of ‘HAF’.
Fylde Council commissions health & wellbeing programmes to Healthy Heads Education to support local providers within Fylde. These programmes include nutritional workshops for the providers of ‘HAF’.
Rossendale Lesiure Trustl commissions health & wellbeing programmes to Healthy Heads Education to support local providers within Rossendale. These programmes include nutritional workshops for the providers of ‘HAF’.
Fleetwood Town FC Community Trust works alongside Healthy Heads Education as a delivery partner for our programmes. FTFC delivers the Healthy Heads programmes in Primary Schools in Wyre.
Accrington Stanley Football in the Community Trust works alongside Healthy Heads Education as a delivery partner for our programmes. ASCT delivers the Healthy Heads programmes in Primary Schools in Accrington.
Foundation 92 works alongside Healthy Heads Education as a delivery partner for our programmes. F92 delivers the Healthy Heads programmes in Primary Schools in Salford and Greater Manchester.
Healthy Heads Education, the Wyre & Fylde School Sports Partnership and The Yogi Group have developed a wellbeing day for Primary Schools. This unique partnership sees all three organisations deliver resilience activities, mental health education and yoga/relaxation activities.
BoatHouse Youth and Healthy Heads Education work closely together to support the young people that access the BoatHouse Youth services, with particular reference to Healthy Heads Education delivering workshops to their young people about mental health awareness.
Healthy Heads Education is a well-established provider of PSHE within Primary Schools across the UK. Our programmes give children the opportunity to grow through positive learning and development.
